Dr. Hall opened his own small vet practice in 1974 in Annandale, Virginia and later opened a a second facility in Fairfax. The Fairfax hospital was outgrown and also had very limited parking. Wanting to remain close to the existing hospital made finding land a challenge. Dr. Hall was successful and built a state-of-the-art facility using the 504 program. He has been able to add vets and staff to care for cats, dogs, and exotic pets in an attractive, pet and pet owner friendly facility.
