In 1999 Bolling and James DeSouza teamed up to start their own aircraft sales operation. With many years of experience between them, the brothers operated successfully for a year, but without a hangar to house planes, the opportunities for growth were limited. Business Finance Group helped finance their current facility on leased land at the Manassas, Virginia Airport.
