The Small Business Administration has issued new Standard Operating Procedures (SOP 50-10(5)) which went into effect on August 1, 2008, and it is the first update to the SOP since 1997. It is much shorter and is available on the internet at SBA's website with electronic search features. We've set up this resource center for our lending partners to help with the transition and to highlight and clarify important changes.
