Registration and payment must be received by September 10, 2009!
Cancellation must be in writing. Full refunds will be given to all requests received by close of business September 10, 2009. Cancellations received between September 10th and September 13th,2009, will receive refunds less a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be given after Septmeber 13, 2009, or for "No Shows" at the Regions 1-4 Conference.
